The inspiration and meticulous care of Chef Viviana Varese blend with the intercultural personality of the Indian chef Ritu Dalmia to create a completely renovated venue: Viva Alice, located on the top floor of Eataly Milano where Teatro Smeraldo used to stand, now offers guests a glimpse of Corso Como and Corso Garibaldi, but at the same time manages to shelter them from the hectic life of the city. Inside, the well-designed interior and the open kitchen offer guests a 360-degree gastronomic experience in which the palate is constantly teased by delicate but refined flavours. The originality and liveliness of the colours on the walls, ranging from pink to blue and green, goes hand in hand with the authenticity of the dishes, whose raw materials are chosen according to Slow Food’s philosophy: healthy, genuine products , ethical and seasonal, some coming from the experimental garden that already includes two greenhouses and two biological fields in the Parco Sud in Milan. For each proposed solution you can choose from a wide selection of wine labels, so as to experience a gastronomic itinerary in which a harmonious balance of flavours comes to life.
