In this genuine, sparkling white establishment, the passion and dreams of the Mellino family have been uniting and bringing together a cosmopolitan clientele for over thirty years. The intimately-aware and skilfully-interpreted local cuisine engages papa Tonino and his son Fabrizio, who use both continuity and evolution in their creations. Mamma Rita, on the other hand, acts as hostess with a sunny spirit and style. The products from the Land of the Sirens, supplied by small local producers, are prepared according to the golden rule of simplicity and enhanced with the aromatic hints of the right oil. Every season is savoured through its own menu, occasionally drawing on the chefs’ international experiences on distant shores but without ever forgetting the delicacies of Campania, suffused with the creative flair of the owners.
