Growing up on an island offers a unique perspective on life, which can be seen as both a blessing and a curse. Martina and Luca Caruso were raised on Salina, and despite travelling to and living in far-flung locations, they eventually returned to their roots. In the kitchen, Martina ensures a complete and uncomplicated culinary experience by using Aeolian raw ingredients, collaborating closely with local fishermen, and respecting seasonality.
