Osteria della Brughiera, in the Bergamo area, was founded in 1991, when Stefano Arrigoni decided to transform an elegant country house into a restaurant with a cosy and reserved atmosphere. The intimate rooms, with their warm and romantic tones, and the manicured green garden provide the perfect setting for the culinary and emotional journey with which the chef patron accompanies his guests. Under the guidance of chef Stefano Gelmi, the kitchen carefully seeks a balance of flavours, creatively combining local products with more distant inspirations.
