Oasis Sapori Antichi is located in Vallesaccarda, a region deeply rooted in history and culture. Since 1988, the Fischetti family has been promoting the gastronomic and cultural traditions of Irpinia. With a strong belief in the importance of passing down knowledge to future generations, the extended Fischetti family consider cooking a form of education. This is why the team led by Michelina and her niece Serena has adopted a work ethic that emphasizes zero food waste while prioritizing eco-friendly sourcing and preparation methods. Ultimately, their goal is to revive the flavours of the past, creating a cuisine that is not only nutritious and sustainable but also delicious.
