Restaurant Nostrano aims to create an intangible connection between its customers and the Adriatic coast. The venue, with its large windows, is nestled in the sea landscape, and chef Ciotti’s motto draws inspiration from the horizon: ‘In front of the sea, happiness is a simple idea’. The philosophy of the kitchen is based on simple elegance, and the dishes are easily understandable. The tasting menus are put together like in a game.
