Breton chef Philippe Léveillé fell in love with Italy and found himself living in Valtrompia. It may seem at odds with his international past, but it is what happened to the French chef who is the mastermind behind Miramonti L’Altro, in Concesio, Brescia. Léveillé's unique background, marked by travels in Europe, the US, Africa, and the Caribbean, leads him to create playful dishes with the perfect balance between meat and fish.
