The restaurant is located in the historic area of Sappada, considered one of the most beautiful Italian hamlets in the province of Udine. Chef Fabrizia Meroi offers a menu that features traditional dishes with a modern twist, as well as more daring dishes influenced by other distant cultures. The dishes are perfectly balanced and harmonious. The menu changes seasonally and the ingredients are carefully sourced. The restaurant's cellar is renowned for its impressive selection of great labels and niche products. Originally developed by Roberto, the cellar is now run by his daughter Elena and the young and enthusiastic Ovidio.
