Aimo and Nadia Moroni opened their restaurant in Milan over sixty years ago, with the aim of bringing a taste of Tuscany to the city and inaugurating a new culinary era. Today, their daughter Stefania and chef patrons Alessandro Negrini and Fabio Pisani continue the legacy at Il Luogo, passing on to the next generations the same passion, dedication, and knowledge they received from the founders.
