The Santini family, along with a team of talented young individuals, has created Dal Pescatore as the culmination of their passion for a cuisine whose true strength is deeply rooted in knowledge and culinary traditions. Nadia and Giovanni's cuisine is certainly surprising; their unique and exceptional dishes reflect the quality of the recipes and the seasonality of the raw ingredients. In addition to the restaurant, the Santinis also manage Cascina Runate an agricultural and farming project followed by Valentina and integrated with the restaurant.
