Ca' Vittoria, a landmark of the area, has been in existence for more than a century. Massimiliano Musso, the current owner, is the great-grandchild of the founders who learned the secrets of Langhe Roero and Monferrato cuisine from Nonna Gemma and Mamma Sandra. Today Massimiliano and his wife Valentina, who is a sommelier, run the restaurant and, since 2002, have expanded to offer ten rooms in their charming hotel, which is housed in an 18th-century residence. Ca' Vittoria offers a cuisine that creatively blends Piedmontese tradition with contemporary twists. The dishes rely on high-quality raw materials, including vegetables from their own garden, dedicated to Nonno Aldo. Massimiliano's cuisine is influenced by his travel experiences and creative inspiration.
