Antica Osteria Da Cera has always believed in the power of simplicity, which they consider to be the most challenging concept to interpret. The restaurant was first opened by Rino and Silvana Cera back in the 1960s, and their children Lionello, Daniele, and Lorena continue to run it today with the same respect for the raw materials and natural elements that make up their cuisine: earth, water, air, and fire. While seafood flavours are at the core of their cuisine, they also offer vegetarian options. The dishes are inspired by the cuisine of the Venetian lagoon and are given a contemporary twist with the use of innovative table settings, avant-garde cooking techniques, and daring compositional choices.
