As you cross the threshold of the Oseleta restaurant, fitted in pure Neoclassical and Renaissance style, your palate can’t wait to savour the cuisine of Giuseppe D’Aquino. Humility and strength of character are the chef’s distinguishing traits, a proud standard-bearer of everything that is part of the noble Italian culinary tradition. Enriched by wide experience gained abroad in places like Paris, Los Angeles and Dubai, D’Aquino has miraculously managed to transfer the flavours and fragrances of Vesuvius to the shores of Lake Garda. His menu always includes Spaghetti with cherry tomatoes from Piennolo or Aubergines with Parmesan cheese, a revisitation after carefully studying the ingredients, balance and style of presentation. The joy of accompanying these marvellous creations with Villabella wines produced here is an almost overwhelming experience.
