The eclectic Maurilio Garola moves with ease between classic Piedmontese dishes, forays from over the Alps, and a sincere affection for fish, without forgetting lights, entrails and his beloved truffles. The restaurant also shows amazing affection for its wines too, boasting one of the largest wine cellars in Bell’Italia which in itself makes a visit worthwhile. Next to a stream, the cellar is carved out of the rocky hill where Garola matures his traditional Piedmontese cheeses and Italian cold meats. A place worth visiting where you can enjoy an extremely genuine cuisine that merits conservation.
