Walter is in the kitchen and Roberto in the dining room and together they propose a linear cuisine based on local products and seasonal choices, paying special attention to aesthetics. In autumn, the leading character is white truffle from Monferrato, which enriches creative cuisine by offering new ideas to assist the chef’s inventive flair.
