Twelve tables in a space with a minimalist design become the focus where haute cuisine, contemporary art and music come together masterfully, in a sensory journey that tells us of Bottura’s most important passions. Versatile, dynamic, conceptual, explosive, creative and spontaneous are the adjectives used to describe this chef from Modena who has climbed the highest peaks of gourmet cuisine. In the kitchen, flavoursome and colourful brushstrokes mingle with classical cuisine, ranging from his childhood haunts and motherland to lessons learned on his travels, a source of inspiration for dishes that never cease to amaze. The mammoth wine cellar is managed by Massimo’s right-hand man, Giuseppe Palmieri.
