A dizzying cuisine, in an outstandingly-beautiful natural setting in the mountains of Trentino. Reaching the Dolomieu restaurant, way up high in the Brenta Dolomites by the Madonna di Campiglio, is like a conquest that provides the most adventurous with a truly-satisfying experience made of hospitality and culinary art. Thus, between visits to the ski slopes or summer excursions, lovers of refined cuisine can stop to stock up on Alpine traditions and typical tastes.
The setting is intimate and modestly-sized with just seven tables available to guests, but the atmosphere is truly bewitching and reminiscent of the exclusive mountain chalets where tourists stop to relax and enjoy a moment of tranquillity. The one making the culinary calls is the chef Davide Rangoni, who joined the kitchen staff a few years ago and is already the mouthpiece of a truly encouraging ferment in terms of cuisine style.
Dolomieu and its well-being formula seem to give the right response for all those who, following the example of the writer Banana Yoshimoto, wonder where people go to regain their balance in sea-less cities.
