The offer prepared personally by chef Davide talks vividly and typically about the traditions developed over the years by local farmers’ wives. His approach, however, does not indulge in nostalgia and the “dejà vu”, but creatively mixes the stimuli and experiences he gained on his travels as a chef. The magic liaison with the microcosm of intense, clear-cut flavours of the area enhances raw materials such as spring asparagus, noble white Alba truffles, peaches, strawberries, Madernassa pears and the September-ripening Madonna chestnuts. These unmistakable aromas and tastes from childhood fill the dining room with a hymn to culinary wisdom in continual development and blend magnificently with the cleanness and brightness of the indoor and outdoor spaces. With her wonderful savoir faire, Ivana supervises the service with a warm and professional hospitality code. An absolute “must” for all lovers of fine food and all that is beautiful.
