The creative flair and meticulous care of chef Viviana Varese blends with the versatile personality of the sous chef, Ida Brenna, to give life to a reinvented restaurant: Viva, located on the top floor of Eataly Milano, in the former premises of the Teatro Smeraldo, overlooking Corso Como and Corso Garibaldi, but at the same time sheltered from the hectic life in Milan. The originally-styled interior design and the open-view kitchen offer guests an all-round dining experience, where the palate is constantly teased by delicate, refined flavours. The lively colours of the walls, ranging from pink to blue and green, go hand in hand with the authenticity of the dishes, made from vegetable raw materials, following a Slow Food style and logic: healthy, genuine, ethical and seasonal products, some coming from the experimental garden with its two greenhouses and two organic fields in the South Park of Milan. The wine list of 800 labels creates an itinerary among national and European vineyards and wineries, with a highly poetic collection of Marsala vintages for true connoisseurs. Viva is also open to contamination with international chefs from the world over, invited to share food stories and events worth marking in your diary.
