Originally from Catanzaro, Sicily, Morello has worked in some of Europe’s best kitchens under renowned chefs like Alain Ducasse, Christian Bau and Joachim Wissler, and has developed his own style, one that’s strikingly clean and rational. Thus, Inkiostro moves into a second phase of existence, with a revamped, updated approach and pages of history still to write. The well-stocked wine cellar is faultless and on target.
