Much of the produce is grown on site, in a vegetable garden that’s rich in herbs, spices, fruit trees and much more. On the menu, contemporary dishes share the spotlight with traditional favorites: from Calamaro in red ink, citrus ricotta, scampi, and Sorrento lemons, to raw delights from the sea; from Spaghetti alla Nerano to Caffè corretto with tonka beans… to name just a few of the many delights that win guests over at Relais Blu.
