Il Piastrino was established by Riccardo Agostini in 2007, in the charming town of Pennabili. The location, situated in the hills of Valmarecchia, offers a peaceful escape for guests seeking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Riccardo and his wife Claudia, who is sommelier and FOH manager, had dreamed of this location since they were a young couple. The beautiful stone house serves as a backdrop for the restaurant where guests can enjoy dishes that are a blend of hospitality, refinement, and memories. The chef's philosophy, which he has developed over the years, revolves around using local ingredients from Valmarecchia and Montefeltro.
