In this full immersion of flavours you switch between a Caprese… Dolce Salato to Tortelli with Rabbit Genoa-style, Provolone del Monaco, Endive, Black Olives, dried Salted Cod Pizzaiola-style and culminating in Diplomatica Napoletana. The manager Nicola Ultimo and sommelier Michele D’Emilio are masters in the dining hall at putting guests at their ease and suggesting ideal pairings with some excellent, large or small producers.
