Sitting in this “seaside living room”, in the heart of the boutique Hotel Relais Blu, is a truly enthralling experience as one watches the outstanding view over the Amalfi coast and Sorrento and down to delightful Capri. The elegant, contemporary-style villa is home to marvellous white furnishings and streams of bright light that filter through the large windows. It is pleasant to dream away the time watching the bright colours of the sunset while waiting for your fine dining. Chef Roberto Allocca allows you to touch the sky with a finger thanks to the perfect blend of refined dishes from the Neapolitan tradition and his own lively interpretations. In perfect harmony with this land and the Mediterranean, the owner Antonino Acampora lovingly sealed the project he had in mind: the result is this fruitful garden, where all the restaurant’s raw ingredients are grown, including spices, herbs and fruit trees. Another show-piece of the hotel is the extensive wine list, with more than a thousand national and international labels personally selected by the owner, plus a splendid collection of spirits and cigars.
